Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active bbtaka account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
All financial transactions on bbtaka must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by bbtaka are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including multi-accounting or collusion — will result in account suspension.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, bbtaka reserves the right to close all associated accounts and, at its sole discretion, forfeit any outstanding balances across those accounts.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your account profile is accurate and up to date. bbtaka accepts no liability for losses or complications arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Player.
bbtaka reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bbtaka account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbtaka's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbtaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions or that continued access to the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.
Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the bbtaka support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account — after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Following the termination or closure of an account, whether initiated by bbtaka or the Player, the provisions of these Terms & Conditions that are intended to survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and prohibited activities — shall continue in full force and effect.
bbtaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bbtaka will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players — for example, by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on the Player's account.
Amendments take effect from the date on which the updated Terms & Conditions are published on the platform at bbtaka.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.
It is each Player's responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bbtaka is incorporated as an offshore platform. Players acknowledge that bbtaka operates as an offshore platform and that these terms do not create any obligation on the part of bbtaka to comply with the domestic laws of any specific country in which a Player is resident, except to the extent required by the laws of bbtaka's operating jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and bbtaka arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through bbtaka's internal dispute resolution procedure. bbtaka will acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and will aim to provide a final resolution within 20 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, the matter may be referred to an independent arbitration body at bbtaka's discretion.
The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing version. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
